How long is a typical engagement?
An audit takes 2–3 weeks. A first build typically runs 6–16 weeks. Enablement engagements can be as short as a single workshop. Most clients stay with us on a quarterly retainer after the first project lands.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — and we usually offer to sign ours before the first deep-dive call. Discretion is the baseline for serious consulting work.
What if our data isn't ready?
That's the norm, not the exception. Half of our audit work is about identifying which data is usable today and what a realistic clean-up path looks like. We don't require pristine data to start delivering value.
Can you work alongside our internal team?
Always. We're explicit about who owns what, do code reviews together, and document everything we ship. By the end of an engagement, your team can run the system without us.
Do you work globally?
Yes. Our team operates in English and Spanish across the Americas and Europe. We've structured the engagement model around async-first work so timezone differences never block progress.
